Our mission is very simple: to introduce, and to help individuals come to a deeper understanding of the Gospel of Christ. We prayerfully labor to achieve this by collectively reading, teaching, questioning and discussing the Sciptures in an informal space. This discipline is intellectually & spiritually edifying, and has been in practice since the very beginning of Church history (Acts 5:42).
As believers, there is always an opportunity for growth. That growth can manifest itself in different forms, such as: a stronger relationship with Christ, a better understanding of theology, our sanctification, our service, our doctrine, our role within the body of Christ, and many other areas. This growth almost always happens in the context of fellowship, as the Christian life has never been nor did our Lord intend for it to be done alone.
The vision of this Bible Study is to create a community where we all are pushing toward the finish line, and strengthening each other as we stumble along the way - seeking the Lord's face at every moment of the journey.
As an unbeliever, you probably have many questions and concerns; doubts and fears; preconceived notions, or you may have had a bad experience in the past. We ask that you bring all these things to the Bible Study. Sometimes walking into a church can be intimidating, I know it was for me when I first started seeking. This Bible Study is very informal & relaxed, and it is designed for you to ask tough questions and voice your opinion on various issues. We are not an argumentative or judgemental group. In fact we are all former unbelievers and, in many cases, can relate to you more than you could imagine.
Therefore, don't be hesitant in joining us. We don't promise to have all the answers, but we do promise to partner with you through prayer and to make available to you the resources that we do have. If you have more specific questions or concerns, feel free to Contact Us directly; or, take a moment and read our Frequently Asked Questions.
